Christiansen presented a trophy to the Hirh School,which was to be given each year to the baibb ball player who achieves the highest percentage of free thnwm during the basketball season. Consequently, the free throw shooting has improved. We are now approaching acceptable shooting standards. Qualifications for the trophy are: l. The boy must be a current letter winner. 2. He must make a minimum of 25 free throws. 3. He must make 5OZof his shots. Two years ago,Larry Rosner won with 635 of his shots and he made he free throws.Last year Ronald Monty won the trophy. This year the free throw trophy went to Franklin Olson. He had Lp? out of Th shots for a percentage of .635.
