Coming to Pfeiffer in the same year that this year’s graduates came, Dr. Stokes has shared with us our problems, our disap- pointments, our joys, and our achievements. It is he who gave impetus to and carried forward the dream of Pfeiffer as a four- year college. Our President, along with the kind and friendly First Lady of the Campus, has been an inspiration during these years as we have sought an education and a founda- tion for a useful and dedicated life.
