Dedication MR. R. A. WARLICK The staff of the 1951 PaJaCa takes pleasure in dedicating its edition to Mr. R. A. Warlick. During the three years that Mr. Warlick has been at Pfeiffer he has gained the con- fidence of the students. He is always ready to lend a helping hand whether it be les- sons or personal problems. Mr. Warlick is the sponsor of the campus Y.M.C.A. and takes an active part in the religious life of the campus. A Christian gentleman himself, Mr. Warlick awards annually twenty-five dollars to the young man chosen by the entire student body as best exemplifying a Christian Gentleman. Mr. Warlick is a member of the General Committee of the National Protestant Council on Higher Education. We are proud indeed to dedicate our PaJaCa to Mr. Warlick. 3

(I »ir pw4»ii fll What does the future hold? This is a pressing question in the opening days of 1951. Our country seems to be getting entangled in the throes of another great war. Everyday boys, who in the past two years have become almost like brothers to us, are leaving for the armed services. Our hearts are heavy and the future seems black, but even in the blackest black there must be a ray of hope. In the light of this hope the staff of the 1951 PaJaCa has compiled this book for our classmates. We hope that in the future you may find diversion from the cares of the world by thumbing through this book in which you can renew old friendships and relieve the happy days we spent together as a part of the Pfeiffer Family.
