PEWITT MAJORETTES proved their ability at Region XV Twirling Contest when each of the girls won a lst Division medal. MINERVA and LOUISE were selected to play first trornhones in the Texas All-State All-Girls' Band at T.W.U. They were selected frmn over 600 Students throughout the State for their outstanding musical alwility. The PEWITT STAGE BAND was rated the Outstanding Class AA Band at the S.M.U. Stage Band Festival.
