To Mr Geyer a sausage grinder so he can feed those poor mink a merry Halloween chase next year and a chemist 1n h1s class To M1ss Kimball we will the biggest choral group ever also a ch1na cabinet to display her crystal To Mrs Houston we bequeath our healthy appetites to help 1n planning the school lunch To Mrs Whlte four Sponsorj who has carried us through both Junior and senior years we will 'Best Wishes from the 1951 sen1ors To Mr Bla1r a lot of cooperative kids that will pick up all scrap paper To Mr Turner a huge band and a drummer who has rhythm To all the teachers downstairs we w1ll them Best Wishes that someday their pupils will be upstairs and to the beg1nners we will more books so they can see over their desks In witness hereof we the undersigned attorneys do fix our names th1s first day of January in the year of our Lord 1951 H1gh School Days Past Memories THE LUCKY THIRTEEN On Friday the th1rteenth n1neteen hundred and seventy five as we travel through the orange colored sky we come upon the chartreuse moon Ht s made out of green cheese you know J Upon this broad expanse of moon one spot stands out the Lucky Thirteen Nightclub Let s move a little closer I hear a fam1l1ar voice why 1t s the d1st1ngu1shed owner Mr Kenneth Mearl Books Waxt I th1nk I hear h1m talking He s say1ng Let s all relax to the music of Rlchard Shedd and h1s clarinet His motto as recognized by all 1S Knock em dead with Dickie Shedd He races in his spare time fa rocket sh1pJ His favorite color is green which 1S taboo to most racers The spotlight is now going to the other end of the stage where we find the famous torch singer Fifi Rose W111lamS She now breaks 1nto the song of the day Come away with me Che re in my speedy atom mobile Her s1ng1ng IS out of this world Interestingly enough she signed her f1rst b1g contract as a result of singing before breakfast It seems a talent scout overheard her Look who just drove up OUtS1d9 Why, it s Jim Brand' It looks like he s been through a lot s1nce I last saw him But look at that space ship I overheard h1m telling Kenneth about a black cat fly1ng in front of h1s space sh1p followed by a ch1cken with quite a form Th1S so diverted his attent1on that he colllded w1th another space ship driven by a famous publisher who later decided to publish J1m s best seller Between the Atoms Who IS that l1ttle girl with the big man? Well well it s Mona Bowlman the former Miss Mowery They ve been married twenty f1ve years I hear their child 1S gett1ng rather chubby so they make quite a fancy tr1o coming through the door short fat and tall Mona tells of how she walked under a ladder last week and much to her surprise she dlscovered she had inherited one thousand dollars from an unknown uncle They are closely followed by a very business like looking man Gee whiz it s James Zimmerman with a doll on each arm What s this moon coming to' I understand he s a b1g lawyer on Mars way He won his most famous case on a Fr1day the thirteenth by the way Kenneth is leading them all over to a table where they are seated Here comes Barbara Isch She is all excited and bubbling over with conversation as usual.
