During the past year they have participated in various money- making activities, including concessions at basketball and football games. The money which they made from these activities goes into a fund for a bi-ennial club trip to Lansing. Mr. Murray is the adviser of this group and we are sure that they will enjoy as much success in the future as they have in the past. 65

Any girl who has had at least one semester of homemaking and is interested in joining the club is eligible. The F.H.A. elects a president, vice president, secre- tary, treasurer, reporter, parliamentarian, and his- torian. The advisor is usually a homemaking teacher in school. The club belongs to the state and national F.H.A. associations. The colors are red and white, the flower the American beauty rose. This year our club has had a candied-apple sale, and has given a christmas basket to a needy family. We plan to have a Valentine's dance along with other dances this spring. Before school ends this Iune an election and formal installation of officers will be held. 66
