JUNIORS: Steppin' Out The Junior Class excelled both academically and athletically. This is the first year everyone lettered in one or more sports. Rene' Petsche, Lee Ketteler, and Randy Pelster all received Most Valuable Player Awards. The Junior Class was well represented at academic contests with over half of the class involved. Lisa Thieman and Craig Seier were given the Best Actress and Actor Awards. Ervin Schlesselman was chosen to participate in the All-State Honor Choir. Gina Koch received a Superior at District Speech Contest. Neil Baumgartner Amy Bottorf Lee Ketteler Neil Ketteler Jim Knust Gina Koch The Junior Class raised money by sponsoring a cake raffle, concession stands, magazine sales, and a Ham and Egg Breakfast.
