t effectiond 87 . . . As we reflect on the fall of 1987, one can’t help but remember how special all the Homecoming events were. Students from the Freshman, Sophomore, Ju- nior, and Senior classes worked many weeks in ad- vance preparing to enter their floats in the parade. During the game people anxiously awaited to hear the announcement of the king and queen. Each escort hoped that his princess would win as each princess felt honored to represent her class. The winners of floats were also announced. The Saturday dance was a nice way to end the Home- coming activities. Julie Hefner and Will Tay- lor enjoy the Homecom- m Uancf 2 reflections

Reflecti onA 87 . . . Whether we are relax- ing or active, PHS students are having fun by the hour, preoccupying their time with extra activities when they are not working. Some of the students like to relax by going to ballgames and cheering the team on. Some relax by walking the halls before school starts and at lunch time while talking to their friends. Students who chose activities usually join a club. Club meetings are held on school time. However, each club has activities after school such as dances, bake sales, bucket brigades and many other things that are of interest to the members.
