The Junior Viking Band perform at the concert, and will be ready for the Viking Band next year. CHOIR CLASS OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS A class for those who like to sing could describe the choir class at Petersburg High School. The choir is open to all students in grades 9-12. During the year the choir presents several programs for the student body and for local and civic groups. At Christmas the choir participated in an all-school as- sembly by singing a cantata The Night The Angels Sang . Small groups taken from the choir have entertained on several occasions during the year. Two students attended All-State Chorus in Charles- ton during March, and the choir also participated in area clinics, spring programs and Baccalaureate and Commencement Services. The choir is directed by Mr-. William Fox. FIRST ROW: Dottie Judy, Barbara Bergdoll, Suzie Turpin, Sandra Rodgers, Marsha Hill, Lois Roberts, Virginia Feaster. SECOND ROW: Jane Hyre, Karen Sites, Annabelle Swick, Margaret Ours, Becky Ours, Karen Van Meter, Amanda Full. THIRD ROW: Mr. William Fox, Gretchen Redman, Delores Kessel, Imogean Hedrick, Julia Hartman, Frances Bergdoll, Renna Schaeffer, Vera Redman, Billy Likins.
