If tfie student is to be successful in school, and ultimately in his work, he must have a sense of commitment to both his education and his occupational aspirations. If he is to make sensible commitments, he must first learn about himself and his capabilities, the society he lives in, and the world of work. The experiences gained from, this program have aided in knitting a close unit, developing a sense of responsibility, dedication and a friendly spirit of cooperation and team work.
