Ffbef Tarmr' rmwfffwovfer join .Sm XA he class of 1946 dedicates this record of our four years in P.V.H.S. to our advisors.Dh- like most classes, we have had three advisors instead of ene. We dedicate our book to Nomdm K. HOOVER, who started our career with us when we were Freshmen, and helped us to find the best pathg to JOHN SMITH, who took over, in our Sophmore year, when he became Mr. Hoover's successor in the Agri- cultural Department. Hr. Smith was a friend and pal to all of us as well as a good advisor. He left us in the spring of l944to go to the Navy where he is still serving. Last, but definitely not least, we dedicate it to MRS. ETHEL FARRAR who has guided us through the two biggest years of our school life. Her in- terest in us has enriched our activities. Lastyum in helping us with the Junior Prom, she was one of us, cutting crepe paper, tacking nets, and fret- ting over our mistakes. She coached our Junior and Senior plays, which we modestly considered great successes. Too numerous to mention are the little things she has done for us individually. Whether it be selling tickets at a class activity, or making our class night programs, we can count on Mrs. Farrar. Because of our advisors' sincere interest in us individually and as a class,'we, the Class of 1946, take this opportunity to show our apprecia- tion and thanks , :ii::i1,:::eife:-T:.91 Z ya.a:.Ae:e:::::e::::::: E'-
