Seventeenth Summer a three act play was di rected by Mr Mounts and presented on November 4 1949 The plot centered around a teen age girl Angie who found the summer preceding her going away to college so different from all previous ones. She had met and become very well acquainted with a young handsome athlete jack Duluth. With her sisters and their boy-friends a young impish sister of ten a gossipy girl friend and father and mother involved the plot became quite complicated. As the play neared its end all was untangled to the amaze- ment of the audience. 21
