To help the cabinet in its duty towards the student body are three committees: The Finance Committee consists of one facult member, the secretar of finance, and two students. 1 4 . 4 Y . Y . This committee audits all bills presented to the student body, authorizes the treasurer to pay all bills, and prepares the budget to present to the cabinet. The Merit Committee consists of one faculty member, the secretary of citizenship, and three students. This committee has general oversight of all matters of student discipline and conduct, and decides and sendts the amount of demerits for any offense. The Awards Committee consists of the director of boys' physical education, the director of girls' physical education, the manager of boys' athletics, the manager of girls' athletics, and one student member. This committee awards the general activity block and the service block.
