Musical Moments of the Year -1! T .X 'gy' Slut Fast dances, slow dances, ..we do them all. The Iunior Prom, given each May by the lunior Class in honor of the Senior Class serves as the spring high- Teenagers love to dance. No one can deny that, And following this belief, Peru l-ligh School has carried through for many years a long list of dances, both formal and informal. Dances begin each year with the first footf ball game when The Peruvian and The Nare cissus staffs sponsor The Iournalism lump Aftersgame dances are usually scheduled after each home football and basketball game on Friday or Saturday nights. A special informal dance is llThe Sweater l-lop, sponsored by the Boys' League. Formal dances provide big moments of the year. We celebrate special holidays with the Thanksgiving and Christmas dances. Of course, May means Prom time, the last dance of the school year. With it comes many riieiii- orable moments of other dances with llthat fellown or 'lthat girl, and often a wish that it could all be lived over again.
