Trips away from home tor new ideas knowledge and fun brought variety to school lite lourn alists who wait beside their suitcases for transportation home after a successful press convention during October at Franklin College are Larry Apt, Miss Cynthia Baker, Tom Arnold, Carrell Rhodes Sharon Howard, Nancy Schmidt, Sandy Rouch, Pam Pugsley, Ruth Ann Young,and Ierry Thompson Shoes Wear Out Parents were observed walking in the halls, some ot whom strolled in the same halls in their own teen days. Besides PTA functions, the Future Homemak- ers ot America entertained their mothers at a party as did the Girls League with the traditional Mother- Daughter Tea. Complaints ot leg aches were under- stood by most mothers and fathers if they did no more than walk up and down the stairs to Music Parents meeting or visit classes on Visitation Day, ll-
