We Became Fluent In nother Language We were as interested in foreign languages as we were in our own. Language classes helped us to learn about people and places in other parts of the world. Some of us took a foreign language because we needed it to get into college. But others enrolled just for the opportunity to hear another language spoken, to watch slides and films about another country and to learn about lifestyles of other people. 10 Print We Became Computer Literate! Z0 Go To 10 Computers became more popular than designer jeans during our years at PAHS. The math department reflected this by offering a computer class every period of the day. Meanwhile, in more traditional classes, we learned basic math skills, worked with calculators and learned about the application of math to business and to everyday life. Those of us preparing for college signed up for trig., analytic geometry and calculus. Scoring high in Math is the goal of Sharon, Kevin, Roberto and Evette.
