ART DEPARTMENT. Whenever we are privileged to see the excellent work of our young artists on exhibition, we are lost in admiration for the wide range of techniques they have mastered and their skillful use of different media. We are lost in envy sometimes, too, as we watch them starting out gaily for an hour of sketching at the boat basin, or see them returning with their attractive drawings.
