SENIOR CLASS PROPHECY It IS now the year of 1964 September 1 and we fmd Mrs Donme Hoeppner the former Arlene Tennxgkeltj enterxng the offxce of the Dean Donna Graybxll leadmg her oldest daughter by the hand It seems that Arlene has come to enroll her daughter ln the newly establxshed Mxss Prlssy s Fxmshmg School for R1ght eous Young Women After the busmess was carr1ed out Donna and Arlene not havxng seen each other for quite some time got to talkmg about the good old days and naturally the conversatwn turned to the members of the Semor Class of P H S Lets hsten 111 Arlene IS saymg Have you heard the news about Norman EIIQS7 He IS over m Syr1a and 15 the manager of a sxlkworm plantatlon I hear that he s marr1ed and has f1ve l1ttle gzrls wmd 1ng s1lk on spools Well that 15 news sa1d Donna I hadn t heard of that but I got a letter from Jo Ann Stamp yesterday She has a twenty pmece orchestra and plays the pmano 1n It herself w1th Frankle Carle as a substxtute She s engaged to her saxaphone player The band IS now play1ng at the Persma Hot Spot the new n1ght club at the south end of Pers1a By the way d1d you know that Melv1n W1ll1ams 15 the owner of 1t'7 He d1V1deS h1s t1me between h1s Persxa mght club and h1s gambl1ng houses 1n Reno Nevada Melvm 1S st11l foot loose and fancy free I guess l1v1ng 1n Reno has somethmg to do wlth that That just goes to show you that you can never tell about any one Oh say I ran mto Donna P1tts ln the bus statxon th1s mormng She was on her way to New York to establlsh a new reducxng parlor She says she has a cham of them throughout the m1ddle west and de czded It was t1me she went to work on the east Donna has just come from Hollywood where she chanced to meet Rxchard Hester Marlon Legan and Wayne Martm They are 1n the mov1es as substltutes for the Three Stooges She d1dn t say wh1ch one was Moe Rxchard 1S marr1ed and 15 runnmg a hot dog stand on Hollywood Boulevard as a s1del1ne to hzs actmg career Marlon also marr1ed breaks horses for Roy Rogers and Wayne doubles as a bachelor photographer who speclalxzes 1n glamour p1c tures of beautiful gxrls And from what he sald Harley Martens IS stxll campa1gn1ng for governor of Cahforma He trxes to get votes by playmg hxs guxtar and s1ng1ng the same old h1l1b1lly songs to all the women Our there they call h1m the yodelmg yokel for I o way Well speakxng of pol1t1cs Arlene you remember Cleo Arbough the presxdent of our semor class?
