The Senior Symphony Players Present THE FINAL MCJVEMENT The conductor mounts the podium, raps his baton for at- tention, and as the audience becomes still, begins the final move- ment of the Senior Symphony. As the notes fill the huge con- cert hall, we are reminded of the many pleasant hours which have been spent rehearsing for this symphony. In this classbook, we of the Parade staff have attempted to cut a recording of movements preceding this finale, that they might not be forgotten. This is not, in a sense, the final movement of our symphony, but the prelude of the much greater symphony of life. It is our sincere hope that, as we begin the performance of this last movement, the beautiful music we have made here will not be forgotten.
