Theresa Castlebury and Carolyn Wilson, Co-Editors of the 1960 Ranger. FOREWORD Our school is one of many machines of production responsible for the citizens of tomorrow . . . the students are the workmen, the teachers and supervisors the foremen and architects. The new buildings of Perryton High School represent materialistic progress toward a better education. We can advance socially, physically, and spiritually as well as mentally if we use these structures to their best advantage. These edifices are built upon a combination of ideals - ideals which are made up of the efforts and contributions, the dreams and aspirations, of the many students and teachers who have entered their doors. Tomorrow ' s achievements are built on today ' s accomplishments. May the 1960 Ranger in future years bring back memories of apprenticeship for life. - The Editors
