Bottom: Paula Wellstead, Laurie Weiss. Row 2: Chris Johnston, Melissa Collingwood, jackie Finnerty, Mrs. Kiernan, Robin Fruchey. Row 3: Kim Reed, Lisa Fraley, Sara Welborn, joella Stapp, Kris Thomas, Lynne Puse. The Somethin' Staff published 11 issues of the school paper. ln addition to the regular issues, a special Senior Somethin' was published at the end of the school year. The paper took 3rd place in its division in the Northwest Ohio Scholastic Press Association competition in the spring. Mrs. Susan jascob was advisor. Words, Wisdom, and Wit, the school literary magazine, was back in print after a year's break. Many students contributed poetry and stories or made art work. Creative writing classes produced the publication. Mrs. jennifer Kiernan was advisor. 19

Leo Club Leo club helped serve at a senior citizens dinner. Selling tickets for the Lion's Club Dance was one of their many other activities.
