18 la! ; Y 5. .. t m t , Senior Class Officers-estonding: Al Merickel, Treasurer; seated, tell to right: Moricm Hawkins, Vice President; lack Fox, President; Mmilyn Stemen, Secretary, The Senior Class of 1963 is saying farewell to CI delightful, o frustrating, a rewarding four year period of growing up. In fact almost CI dozen conflicting adjectives could describe these high school times, And conflict is still with us as we prepare to graduate. We feel sorry that our high school years are over and already a feeling of nostalgia is upon us, but at the some time we are anxious to enter into another phase Of our times. This phase will be diversified for us as we go our various ways but Well all be grateful for having had these high school years together. In our ttrst year of high school we were led bywpres. Morton Hawkins, V. Pres. Jackie Shelly, Sec. Priscilla Melchert, Trees. Carol Clilt. This was the year of acquaintance for us not only with high school life itself, but also with many new people. As Freshmen we spon- sored CI dance as a money making project. During our Sophomore year, under the quid- cmce of Pres. Lynn Kirkby, V. Pres. Orrq Her- roon, Sec. Edna Howold, Treosl Lynne Graham; we ordered our class rings, presented three one act plays, and had CI tax stamp drive. This was also the first year we had CE ClCISS picnic. As Iuniors we worked together toward our one main objective, the Iunior-Senlor Prom. Our class officers were Pres. Tony Snyder, Vl Pres. Kay Cleory, Sec. Sue Bolsterl Trees, Iim Stebel. That year we presented the lunior Class Ploy Dear Ruth . We held the Prom and had our second class picnic. Our Senior year leaves us with many CI happy memory. Our class officers wereipres. lock Fox, V. Pres. Morton Howkinsl Sec. Mori- lyn Stemen, Trees. A1 Merickel. We presented the Senior Class Play You Can't Toke It With YouH and the Senior Gift to the school which wars two fir trees and two maple trees. The most important thing which we ctll Will remem- ber wos Graduation. Our deep thanks go to our helpful Class spon- sors, for Without them we would have accom- plished very little. Our sponsors were: Mr. Smith, Mr. Zender, Mr. Munqer, Mr. Rogers, Mrs. Wagner, Mrs. DeYounq, and Mrs. Kutzke. We the Senior Class would like to say to you, the underclossmen, make good use of each day tor these years go very quickly.
