Future Graduates, When we entered the doors of Perrysburg l-ligh School in 1955, we were yet to face the experiences which lay oheod of us during our four years of high school. As we look back over the accomplishments we have made be- ginning the year 1955 and ending this year, 1959, we see the progress we have made and the enjoyment we have had. ln our freshman year under the leadership of President-John Anning, Vice-President-Kay Sutter, Secretary-Bill Pugh, and Treasurer-Andree Bayliss, we sponsored a dance and held a class picnic. This was a year of getting acquainted for us. Our goal during our sophomore year was earning money for our trip to New York. With President-Tom l-lillabrand, Vice President-Jim Hufford, Secretary-Mary Ann McGuffin, and Treasurer-Joan Jeska, we sponsored a dance, a bake sale, and a fish fry. By earning enough money, we were able to benefit- by our trip. The biggest project during our junior year was sponsoring the prom. With our officers President--Bill Dhondt, Vice President-Ray Chatreau, Secretary-Colleen Sullivan, and Treasurer Joan Jeska, we put on a play and sponsored a fish fry. Because everyone in our class worked together, we earned enough money to give the prom. Now, in this, our senior year, we have elected President-Jon Luzny, Vice President-Bonnie Webb, Secretary-Nellie Barnard, and Treasurer--Sam Adams. Under their leadership and under the guidance of our three devoted sponsors, Mrs. Kutzhe, Mr. Smith, and Mr. Munger, we have sponsored the Christmas Dance, a fish fry, and a play. By these projects we earned enough rnoney for our trip to Washington. We have had a lot of fun and have done a lot of hard work in our last four years as a class. By working together from the beginning of our fresh- man year, we have reached the goals which we aimed for. As we leave through the doors of Perrysburg l-ligh School as seniors in 1959, We now feel our last four years were worthwhile. We would like to thank our parents for their help on all of our projects. Their time and effort is greatly appreciated. We hope you, as future graduates, will recognize the values of these years and make the most of them. We wish you as much luck and fun as we have had in our years of school. Senior Class of 1959
