oaewaab An oak tree is known as a symbol of sturdiness and dependability. For this reason, we have select- ed it as the theme of this yearbook. Its trunk represents the school, its officials and teachers, the leaves are the students, for they're constantly com- ing and going, the branches are the various activi- ties which add variety and new interests to the school. With the passing of time one forgets so much of the humor, the excitement, the triumph of high school life. The Spring Dance, the Prom, that English class, the first date, the Christmas Luncheon, confidential chats in the library. All these typify school life, but are soon forgotten, not from lack of interest, but rather from the rapid pace of life. Thus to renew these old memories we present to you the SOUVENIR. With this we hope to have completed a year of glorious work.
