Fragrant aromas . . .peculiar odors. . . wafted on gentle breezes through the halls . . . this tells us that either the Home Ec or Bachelors' Club is at work . . . the boys thought they could do better cooking than the girls-re- sult-a club . . . as for their cooking-thot's better--left unmentioned . . . the girls made themselves known by a chili supper . . . when a burning odor permeates the halls we look significantly at each other and say, They're at it again! 25

qu eu, Treble voices . . . blended with deep altos . . . creating a lasting memory for all who listen . . . the boys got bashful . . . the girls took over . . . have shown they can get along without the grumbling bass and squeaking tenors . . . are always in demand for this assembly or that meeting . . . successfully introduced a new school song written by none other than our own Prof. Porsch . . . we think he's swell and sit enrapt for hours listening to him tickle those ivories . . . has a most definite style all his own . . . history was made the day the club went to Kent and won top honors as a Superior group in the district . . . first time in the history of Perry School . . . So, Columbus, Prepare!! . . . we owe a lot to Mr. Porsch, and so we say- Thanks, for every- thing.
