U ,... a snappy come- back for every attempted pun . . . meanwhile labors attain high . . disperses her radiant diligently to standards , sunshine with disposition . . . is attempt- ing to follow in the steps of Rembrandt . . . of course she'll make it . . . Bril- liant popular - and why not? . . . she's an essential part of our class. Harriet Lord Black eyes . . . jet-black hair . . . her wim, wigor, and witality set us all bock on our heels . , . she's a go- getter . , , so watch out boys . . . her practicabillty puts some of us tlighty talks to shame . . . her motto: when a job is once begun, never leave it 'till it's done . . . weakness? . , . well, she thinks blonds very nice, Arlene Hoose Curly brunette hair . . . blue-green eyes . . . hearty laugh . . . reserved manner , . . slow deliberate gait, but always manages to get where she's going . . . has o special talent for witty remarks at unpredictable times and places , . , man- ages to get along with everyone because of her keen sense of humor . . . oh, yes, Hoosie will find a place for herself in this cold, cruel world. Just one grand guy. Matilda Orosz Seems like a little sister to us all . . . she's always got an idea of what should be done , . . never fails to laugh at our feeble jokes . . . diminutive in size but oh so much brain-power . . . so very susceptible to teasing and practiccl jokes . . . She's our Tillie . . . but doesn't toil for those ,,A,S,r. Irene Stinchcomb Just a little bit shy . . . a little bit determined . . . industrious . . . always gives her opinion with a flourish of waving hands . . . a cute chirpy laugh , . . wonders about aimlessly with a pre- occupied expression on her face . . . when she does find a destination, watch her scurry around . . . asserts that she knows she'lI never have the nerve to make a public appearance.

Marian Bittig Cute . . . carefree . . . capricious . . . blonde hair . . . blue eyes . . . bash- ful but saucy . . . absolute- ly unpredictable . . . can be classified as an A-l iitterbug 'cause she can certainly do some fancy rug - cutting . . . just loves a good time with plen- ty of giggles . . . plays a right snappy game of bas- ketball, too . . , look out, boys . . . that glint in her eye usually spells trouble . . . but she's a good kid, honest ! ! Allene Chapman Take a head of golden-red hair . . . two blue eyes . . , add a sprinkling of freckles . . . to this mix- ture add five feel nine inches of height . . . a gleeful laugh . . . add a but of confidence . . . mix thoroughly . . . Result? . . . Allene! . . . a likable lass with a love of life and laughter , . . completely ab- sorbed in her studies and worries from dawn 'till dusk about her assignments . . . a swell gal. Paul Szaniszlo So quiet . . . so studious ...so shy . . . if it weren't for Paul's mental ability, we'd almost believe he wasn't with us half the time . . . unexpectedly flashes us a bright smile . . . comes through timidly with ans- wers to difficult problems we don't have the nerve to tackle . . . fiddles away for the sake of an orchestra. Geneviene Perkins Quiet . . . reserved . . . poised . . . attractive . . . curly blue-black hair and black eyes . . . never says much . . . figures her hid- den talents might better re- main hidden . . . makes the rest of us seem like dewy- eyed adolescents compared with her calm dignitv . . . but don't worry about Perk . . . she'll get ahead.
