Perryscope Rounds Out a Dozen Years of Growth KNEXW You Xkfhen is something that Mss Eber and Mr Landis can say about our school paper The Perryscope tor they were the tirst sponsors ot our school publications The org nal Perryscope or rather its torerunner was a small tour page paper called Pick ups and was instituted by a gro o ot students led by Roger Waldort 21 which reported to fviilroy School betore the completion ot our present buildina This sheet continued tor a tew :sues and then in January l924 appeared the tirst issue ot The Perryscope named incidentally torm was continued trom that date until about a year ago with the annual and semi annual Year Book appearing at the close ot each semester But like everything else our school magaz ne was attected by tne depression and lack ot tinances caused the discontinuan e ot tte monthly publication and made necessary the consolidaton ot the semi annual Year Book The present bi monthly school newspaper although an apparently new project is in realty the outcome ot a doeen years ot Perryscope publications Both the present Year Book and the school newspaper go by the same name and are sometimes contused with each other With the proper continued su port ot the entire student body these two Perryscope pubfications should continue o g w and to serve our school II , ,. 4 . . . by James Trosh, '27, This monthly publication in magazine
