PERRYSCCPE STAFF One of the highlights of Perry High is the Perryseope the school paper, published for the student body. Our paper has been a success for many years and it a paper which would be hard to do without. The paper it forms the students of activities, and also provides amusi articles and jokes for the students' entertainment. The work put into the paper is sometimes not appret ated, because people do not realize how much it takes to put out a weekly paper. lf it were known, the praise wot be great. Those participating in the work are Ina Rose Campbe Richard lngmire, Celia Chance, Pat Wise, Forrest Frue Patti Blecha, Sherlyn Toone, Charles Wall, Bill Svelan, Rena Karcher, Bob Voigt, and Charlotte Ann Ream. Charlotte is the very efficient editor under the super- vision and sponsorship of Miss Taber. Since then it has enjoyed continuous pub- lication and growth. Work was started on the 1957 yearbook in the fall of l956 when the staff was selected. The pub- lication is financed through the advance sales of the yearbooks and the ticket sale of the All-School Revue. The staff has devoted long hours to giving full coverage to this year's high school activities. It has tried not to neglect or overemphasize any one group. Our special thanks go to our sponsor, Miss Ruth Taber, and to all others who have helped in any way to make the Maroon Spotlight a bigger and better yearbook.
