X The addition of rooms to our building, more equipment for the business department and a new Canton Branch Library indicated a growing community. The growth of our school involved not only physical changes but the growth of a new tradition. Students, in their usual caps and gowns, were led by an academic procession of faculty members, adding to the impressiveness of the graduating of the largest class in Perry's ten year history. We also welcomed a foreign exchange student into our student body, Michiko Kitamura, a very congenial girl from Kobe, Japan. The new Canton Branch Library offers facilities for both students and residents of the community.
