Six Grapplers Place in County Meet The ninth grade wrestling team had a winning season this year winning eight of twelve meets with one tie. At the Arlington meet, all wrest- lers were able to beat their opponents. The team managed to defeat our school rival, Perry East in the Invitational, County, and regular season meet. Kent Zacharias lost only one match throughout the entire season. He also placed first in his weight in the County. Curt Bauke placed second in the County, Denny Rusher, fourth, Bill Con- nors, firstg Doug Woessner, second, and Rusty Stratton, first, in their various weight classes. The team was coached for the first time by Mr. Strader. He is the Athletic Director for the school, as well as a science teacher.
