Pursued Vocal Careers in Music N The eighth grade boys chorus was composed of se- lected eighth grade boys who were interested in vo- cal music. The purpose of the seventh grade mixed chorus was to help the students gain choral singing experience and stimulate their interest in this area. Although both groups performed in certain convoca tions, the main activity was singing in the Spring Concert. The director of the seventh grade mixed chorus was Mrs. Mullen. The officers were: Ted Briggs, president, Janet Rusher, vice-presidentg Becky Christie, secretary, and Gary Burks, treasurer. Mr. Iverson was director of the boys chorus. The officers of that group were: jerry Underwood, presidentg Stan Brehob, vice-president, Norman Hoss, secretaryg and David Roberts, treasurer. Sue Hilgeman was the ac- companist for the boys chorus.
