The sophomore class is always subject to much criticism by upper- classmen - but this year the sophomores have caused a different kind of talk on campus. The sophomores have shown the stuff they ' re made of by adjusting to high school life and it ' s pressures with very few complications. Their class is the largest class yet to enroll in Perris High School. They can be commended for their success at handling their classes and the extra-curricular activities with the ease that will make them proud of their first year here and eager to begin their second as juniors. The juniors stuck another feather in their cap by winning sweepstakes prize on their homecoming float. This class can also be proud of their members on the fine Varsity football team, and participants in other Ferris sports. The juniors will go on to be fine seniors and leaders at Ferris High. Seniors took an active part in sports, clubs, homecoming week and various other campus happenings. The group worked hard to raise money for several causes and to make their Senior Week plans a success. The seniors are following the patten they set in their first two years here at Perris. As sophomores, the class brought new ideas] and a new way of thinking to Perris High. As juniors, they took giant steps to achieve qualities admired in seniors. Now, as seniors, on making their exit, they leave a legacy of Ipride for Perris High, to their underclassmen. The class of 1970 should always be remem- jbered for their contributions to the fresh originality that ' s invading the atmosphere of Perris| JHigh School.
