TARHEEL JUNIOR HISTORIANS The Tarheel junior Historians is a statewide organization devoted to the preservation of state history. The PCHS Chapter, in its second year, photographed and listed the historic buildings located in Perquimans County. They listed information such as date of construction, Mr. Willis discusses plans with his club.
