A James , Fox, Harrington, Hart, Bennett, Zureich, Has singer, Johnson Dahs , Cassel, Legron, Forrest, Ward, Miranda, Pruitt Davis , Jetter, Mayfield, Jones , Turner, Slaughter, Pedoli, Criswell MATH CLUB FORMED A math club for the seventh and eighth grades has been organized under the guidance of Mrs. Jenkins and Mr. Dray. Ruth Ann Puckrin has been elected presidentg Bill Taylor, vice-presidentg Andrea Lowry secretaryg Don Taylor, treasurer. There are twenty-three members in the club. Members must obtain a B average for two successive six-weeks periods. New members will be accepted from the last six-weeks period. The club was responsible for the math exhibit shown at the recent Science and Art Fair. A dance is being planned for the end of the school year. Various films and speakers are being planned for each meeting. SIXTH GRADE As sixth graders we are the newest members of the Perkins Junior High School. We were all eagerly looking forward to becoming part of the Junior High. As Junior High School members we were able to join the Glee Clubs and Bands. We also attended the Junior High basketball games and cheered our teams. During the school year one of the sixth grades presented a T. V. show on South America. The sixth grade student council members were: from 6-1 Daryl Deering, 6-2 Chuck Popkeg and from 6-3 Jim Heidl. We have enjoyed this school year very much and look forward to another year in the Junior High School next year as seventh graders. I
