P.L.J. LATIN ctus Our Latin Club is sponsored by Mr. Owen Boehm. The purpose of this organization is to promote, preserve and extend the study of classical civilization. To be a member of the Latin Club you must be currently en- rolled in a Latin course. This club contains I2 members and the major purpose is to build individual performance. L, Williams, Donica Glass. Row 2: Mr. Boehm, Kirk- ouk EXPERIENCED CATALYZERT The sponsor of the catalyzers is one of Julians Chemistry teachers, Mr. Vernon H. Hall. There are about eleven members in the group. The pur- pose of the Catalyzers is to acquaint students with different sciences. There aren't any specific qualifications for membership but one must show interest. There are 33 members in this orga- nization and its purpose is to help students explore the many advan- tages of mathematics. During the year, members participate in many math competitions ranging from Al- gebra to College-Algebra. Miss Had- not welcomes students who are achieving at their correct math- ematical level, however, one must receive prior approval from her. The organization also helps stu- dents to realize how important math is to their lives.
