On July 31, 1975, Pequea Valley School an community suffered a great loss with the death of lVIr. John Nladigan. lVlr. Madigan taught at Pequea Valley for 15 years in the fields of chemistry and physics. He was instrumental in the establishment of both the rifle team and the Basic Aeronautical Science pro gram. lVlr. lVladigan's contributions, know ledge, and pleasant disposition will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 2 d
