The Council began its year with the tra- ditional Homecoming Dance followed by American Field Service Day when council members entertained foreign exchange stu- dents from Lancaster County schools. Also sponsored by the council was a swimming party, a dance entitled Fraga Freakoutn held in honor of P.V. exchange student Vicky Fraga, and a Christmas Dance. Members of the council also played an important part in Pequea Valley's evalua- tion program as senior representatives summarized student activities .
