l' 'T i b4AdlHWNIlfND This year the Band of Braves, composed of approximately 120 members, partici- pated in the fall Farm Show parades, New Holland and Solanco . They also accepted an invitation to participate in the Penn State Band Day program. In the spring, the Braves marched in the annual Memorial Day parades in Strasburg and Newark, Delaware. The Band's major project this year, was selling Christmas cookies and was spon- sored by the Band Boosters. The funds re- ceived from this project were used for a band trip to Penn State and toward expen- ses incurred during the year.
