Supervisor Kenneth Hahn welcomes TV's Rifleman, Chuck Connors. ESTER DAY Western Day started off with a pit-cooked side of beef barbecue served by our western friends of the Prophet Company. Entertainment during the meal was provided by members of several of the social clubs and was high- lighted by the arrival of Supervisor Kenneth Hahn and our western guest of the day, TV's Rifleman, Chuck Connors. The tug-of-war was won by the Junior Class and the donkey races were won by anyone who could get the critters to move in the right direction. The day's activities were concluded with the dunking of any available co-eds and a very resistant Dean of Stu- dents in dolores! Four wet Westerners-Joyce Kitzmiller, Gwen Hefner, Chernyl Roberts, and Beth Parks.
