Queen Lorraine and Court present John Yoxsimer with the Most Inspirational Player award at the Football Banquet. The Coronation of Queen Lorraine Hill and Princesses Isabel Funaro, Sandy Blomquist, Jackie Todd, and Beth Parks.

Homecoming Committee Chairmen Dick Mill and Gerry Carlton filled a whole week full of activities for Queen Lorraine and her Court, students, and alumni. With the assistance of Oly Tegner and the Alumni Association, the United States Army Air Force Band was obtained for the Homecoming Show. Students and guests attended a banquet in the gym honoring the football team. The All-School Carnival was sponsored by I.C.C. and featured booths run by the professional and social clubs. The homecoming football game with the Univer- sity of San Diego was cold and windy but that didn't seem to bother the Queen and her Court as they waved to the crowd from their Beta Corvettes. The week of festivities was concluded with the annual Beta-Zeta fifth quarter in the gym based on the Roaring Twentiesv theme. nn.
