Organized by Dick Mill ond Terry Wehr, the entertainment wos great and often humorous— Remember the Faculty Fifth Quarter’ $tu McKeen brought his jazz group and several of the clubs and classes contributed to the programs: Koppos, Sub T's, Betas. Tri Phi's, the Freshman Class. With free donuts and hot chocolate, the evenings were always successful

With these words the Homecoming co-chairmen officially opened the nineteenth annual Pep-perdine Homecoming Week, Presented to the student body were five young ladies elected to Icod the week's festivities. Succeeding last year's queen, Betty Reeve, was Miss Betty Brougher. A second-year transfer from Glendale City College, Betty was a princess on the 1955 Court. Assisting as princesses were four Inglewood girls Miss Betty Lou Dennison, a senior English major and president of Kappa Kappas; Miss Carol Hamilton, a sophomore elementary education major and member of Zeta Kappas; Miss Nola Newton, an elementary education major ond member of Kappa Kappa,- and Miss Jackie Todd, a sophomore drama major, song queen, and member of Zeta Kappas.
