They simply wear what is Fomfortable. Most anti-preppys revolt pginst the uniformity of the preppys. . Designers' names seemed to appear on lust about everything this year. Designer s synonymous with Vogue and expen- ive. Calvin Klein proved to be the designer of the day. And simply styled Elothes in the earth tones rounded out the range of designer fashions. t has been commented that the youth of today seem to put much more emphasis on their clothes than those of the 60's and 70's. Whether this statement is true seems of little consequence to teenagers because to them appearances are a big part of high School life.
