THE T.B.F. OUTSTANDING TEACHER AWARD The T.B.F. Outstanding Teacher Award is presented annually by the CREST staff to the Peoria High School teacher who best exemplifies the high standard of teaching set by Mr. Ted B. Fluegel, a former CREST advisor. The first, award was accompanied by these words: How do you thank someone for all the times he has bailed you out of trouble? How do you thank someone for all the encouragement and kind words he has given you? There is no way . . . The best we can do to show our affection as a staff for a man who was always there when we needed him, is to preserve his memory in the CREST. To acknowledge the teacher who com- bines dedication, patience, and guidance with concern and friendship, the 1976 CREST staff respectfully announces this year's recipient, Mr. William Christian.
