Empathy Sometimes I like to sit alone in a quiet place and escape into a dream world all my own. A world where fantasy and reality intertwine and become one. I can remember the happy times . . . being secluded in the park with a pile of leaves and a passion for playfulness . . . a deserted stretch of beach and someone to talk to and someone to understand. I think, too, about the future . . . going away to school and being away from family and friends. I wonder how it must feel to be really hungry . . . or totally unloved. Letting G0 Let go! Release your mind from the sordid swelter of daily patterns. Shrug off your Worries and join me in 1ife's discovery. For just a moment everything is beautiful. lump up into the air. A candid smile offsets the strain of concentration. Laughing, eating, crying, drinking. doing anything that comes. Let go! Let your mind run wild and free. Ignore the cold stares and the disgusted glances, and just for kicks- gross them out. We only go around once, and nobody else can live your life but you. Let go! Break the shackles of a faceless society and try to distinguish the features.
