Peoria l-ligh has an energetic, hard-worlc ing faculty. The students see the faculty not only as teachers, but also as persons with interests in their pupils and extra-curricular activities. Teachers increase the knowledge gained through textboolcs by sharing with students their experiences, travels, and hobbies. When teachers supplement assignments by their own personal experiences and visual aids, students have a more vivid under- standing and appreciation of their studies. The faculty members demonstrate their interest in Peoria High by participating in school activities. During a variety show, faculty stunt show, or the student-faculty basketball game, the teachers are as ex- cited as the students. Teachers willingly give of their time and talents in coaching athletic teams and sponsoring student clubs and activities. Hobbies with School Life MR.
