EX LIBRIS . . . i The history of Peoria is one of continued growth and progress. This history can easily be divided into four main divisions - beginning with the early lndian period, going on to the time of the French explorers, the Gay Nineties era, and coming to modern times. We may compare our four years of high school with these divisions. Each year brings with it new discoveries, hopes, and developments. Graduation is just one more stepping stone into the future. .lust as the future of Peoria has many obstacles to contend with and is uncertain, so our future is also. With the will to go ahead, and the courage, which was displayed by Peoria's early settlers, these obstacles can and will be overcome. Turning back the pages of this school year we recall many events and happenings. So that you will always be able to keep these memories we bring you the 7951 edition of the Crest with the growth and development of the school year just past.
