Education Is The Prime Reason For Going To Any Institution Of Higher Learning. Hoping to improve our knowledge and understanding of the world, thereby insuring a happier and more suc- cessful future, we pursue a variety of disciplines at PJ C. Some of us, having already chosen a profes- sion, foll-ow a narrowly defined curriculum. Others, as yet undecided about the future, choose a wide sampling of courses. Whatever the nature of the coursework, the average student spends many long hours studying. There are research papers, lab projects, weekly as- signments, mid-terms and finals complete with No-Doz pills and those all-night cram sessions. When the going gets rough we are sometimes tempted to wonder if an education is worth all the trouble. A few think not and drop out.
