A student entering Regional High School has his choice of furthering his edu- cation along one of three lines of study: these are the College Preparatory, Com- mercial, and General Courses. Subiects offered in the Academic Course are mathe- matics, sciences, languages, and social studies. The Commercial Course presented is sufficient to prepare the student for work in an office or for a secretarial position. Subiects studied over the four-year period include iunior business training, bookkeeping, geography, stenography, typing, law and economics, history, and English. A third course, categorized as General, requires history, English, general science, general math, and subiects elected by the student from the Academic and Com- mercial Courses. A well rounded sports program allows students to participate in football, base- ball, basketball, hockey, tennis, or track. Extracurricular activities which are func- tioning in the school include the choir, Red and White, Student Council, Honor Society, and clubs for all interests. Members of the band list their daily rehearsals as a regular subiect. ln four years, a member of Re-Hi's society can find a great deal of knowledge, a busy schedule, and an indefatigable storehouse of fun. 1
