Mary. who takes the Navy to heart, is seen in the company of Betty ,lane and Betta. She leaves her books to her poor nephew, Bill, to use as he sees fit. We predict that Mary will be the announcer for the Soozie-Woozie Cereal Cotmnercial on board. ELIZABETH MCELWEE BETTY Commercial Betty is quite a horse fan. She owns a pinto named Lady Bess and also belongs to the 4-H Club. She leaves to Marion Keene her places in gym. We see Elizabeth in the future as a trainer of horses in one of the Showboat's acts. SONDRA NlCKEE SOM, Commerrial Varsity Club 3-'13 Tri-Hi-Y lvl: Tennis 1-4: Junior Class playg ga-Ja-Re Board 1-2. Sondra pals around with Helen and the gang. During Tth period she is always working on the calculators trying to finish the weekly assignments. She wills her tricky 'locker combinations to a senior with lots of mechanical ability. Wie foresee Sondra as the secretary to the ship's pharmacist. CATHERINE MCVEY uCATHY,, General tfathy. also from Central Park. is one of the senior lette-rwriters. Helen visits Riverview Beach a lot in the summer since she lives almost across the street. Lucky girl! She pals around with Sondra and the gang most of the time. Bebe was chosen our best looking Senior boy, and a very wise choice it was! He takes a big in- terest in sports, especially track and football. He leaves the new discus to George Bragg. We pro- phesy that Silvio will be Romeo in the Show- boat production. ELEANOR lNlEREDITH Noam Commercial Tri-Hi-Y 3-43 Student Council lg Retrospect 3. Eleanor is a quiet girl who looks forward to the trips of Hi-So Club. She leaves her naturally curly hair to her sister June. We foresee Eleanor as the elevator operator on the Showboat. ANTONIO MERENDINO, JR. T01vY,' Commercial Biology Club 2. Tony is one of our seniors from Deepwater. Whenever a car drives past like a streak of lightn- ing, it's probably Tony. George is usually his traveling companion. He leaves all his troubles and hard times to any one who dares take them.
