FLORENCE HARBESON Commercial Daneing Club 1. Florence travels from Pedricktown everyday to join us in our classes. Although she is on the quiet side. we think she is very nice and wish her luck in the future. Florence leaves all her good times in Re Hi to her brother. George. We predict Florence will be the secretary to the president of the Ped- riektown Bank. GLADYS RUTH HARCUM f'REDs,' Commercial Biology Club 23 Tri-Hi-Y 1-4g Homeroom Pres. 33 Student Council 43 Choir 2-4g Dance Club 1: Lunch Patrol 4: Honor Society 3-4. Gladys is the friendliest senior. She is next to the last of the Harcum family and well-known for her red hair. She bequeaths her seat in Miss Kidd's room to her sister Jane. We see Gladys in ten years as manieurist in the Sh0wboat's barber shop. HENRY HAWKINS HANK Commercial Baseball 1-4g Football Manager 3. Henry is a little guy with a big ambition. He is renowned in Re Hi as a baseball fan. He is aiming to'be a National League Umpire. He leaves to George Batchis his baseball arguments about the Yankees with Devonshire. In 1964, Henry will be a nationally celebrated Nat'l League Umpire. NELVA HERRMAN College Prep Homeroom Banker 1: Tri-Hi-Y 13 Red Cross 13 Twirling lg Science Club 13 Hall Patrolg Red and White Salesman. Anyone going up the center steps while passing classes can spot Nelva standing on patrol. She is also a Deepwater student. She wills all of her homework and good times to her sister. We pre- dict that Nelva will be district nurse of Deepwater. MARGUERITE HEWITT MARCUS College Prep and Commereial Hockey 13 Choir 1-4: Band 3-4g Tri-Hi-Y 3-43 JCL 1-23 Red and White 1-45 Sa ,la Re 2: Honor Society 4. Margie is a hard-working senior who is interested in nursing. She is one of the majorettes who adds pep to our band. She leaves all her problems of her senior year to Ruth Peters. We see Margie in the future as head nurse of Delaware Hospital. FRANCIS C. HILLMAN Cum General Basketball 3-44 Spartans Clubg Hi-Y 1-3g Man- ager of Football 3. Chin spends a lot of his time standing in front of the Sweet Shoppe. He really enjoys his study halls in Mr. Robinson's room by visiting his locker frequently. He leaves with these words, Oh, Happy Day! In 1964, we see Chin as manager of the new Du Pont Company started along the Amazon in South America.

He leaves all his pleasant memories to Sue Dale for a successful senior year. ln 1964 we see Danny as the boat detective. ANNA MAY INGEMAR ING1E,' Commercial Red and White lg Varsity Club 2g Red Cross 23 Softball 2, lngie is known around school for her gum chew- ing and funny remarks. She leaves her gum cracking to anybody who can drive Robbie crazy doing it. We foretell that Anna May will be the owner of the Wlildwood Villas. BERNICE JACERS uSHORTY,, Commercial Art Club lg Tri-Hi-Y 2-4g Homeroom Banker 3g Biology Club 2g Honor Society 4-. Shorty who is an excellent commercial student is usually seen with Gladys and Anna May. She leaves Re Hi to her brother, Richard. ln 1964 Ber- nice will be illustrating daily programs for the Showboat productions, EVELYN JONES EVELY1v', Commercial Biology Club 25 Dancing l. Evelyn, who.wants to become a secretary, is a Pedricktown girl who is often seen with Florence Harbeson. She is quite active in 4-H activities. She leaves all her Commercial subjects to her brother Harold. ln 1964 we see Evelyn as a seam- stress for the Showboat. WILLIAM CLIFFORD JONES 'LBUCKYH College Prep Stamp Club 1-2g Library Club 2-4. Bucky is a working member of the activities of the Library club. He leaves his position as vice- president of the Library club to any unlucky junior. We see him as a prominent undertaker on the cruise. LEON JORDAN LEE General Lee still remembers his general science class in Mr. Boone's room and is glad he is a senior who d0esn't have to put up with those daily experi- ments.
